The process of traffic acquisition is a unified process that requires a deep fundamental understanding of the business, its value proposition, its customers and how people search for solutions.
To implement a campaign requires careful budgeting, keyword analyis, competitor analysis, landing page optimization, analytics including coding of landing pages and conversion pages, writing copy, writing ad copy and tracking results. I often find myself explaining to clients that you can’t just outsource this part of the business, at least not effectively. You can partner with someone, but they have to work as if they were part of your company. Also, the mix can entail some or all of the elements below that I am experienced with:
